This past Bank Holiday weekend at Foxhill delivered everything a hardcore motocross fan could want, and then some.

The Good Stuff
From the moment the gates flew open, Foxhill pulsed with energy. The crowd was buzzing, the engines were roaring, and the scent of two-stroke fuel drifted through the amphitheatre-like stands.
Nothing quite captures the raw charm of this event like the thunder of vintage two-strokes powering up those legendary long hills, a full-on nostalgia trip wrapped in modern-day racing intensity. Every lap sounded like a throwback and electrified the atmosphere.
The racing itself was flat-out brilliant across the board. Whether it was tight battles in the support races or the crescendo of the main international showdown, the action held you glued to your seat.
The Not-So-Good
There were just a couple of sticking points: the £45 entry fee per spectator felt pretty steep, especially for families or casual fans looking for a weekend outing. And while the International Team Race was wicked fun while it lasted, at just five laps, it ended almost before you knew it. A longer format here would have been welcome, but hey, sometimes the best moments are all-too brief.

Weekend Results: International Team Race
The climactic international team battle ended in drama: Team USA and Team Italy both scored 62 points, but Team USA clinched the VMXdN Foxhill 2025 International Team Trophy by virtue of more race wins, putting them top of the podium. Team GB secured a solid third place .
Final Standings:

Bottom Line
Foxhill 2025 was a sensory-rich highlight for anyone who loves vintage motocross, two-stroke symphonies, high-octane racing, and a festival atmosphere that felt both nostalgic and fresh. Sure, that £45 price tag and ultra-short main event were minor drawbacks, but they don’t dent the fact that this event remains a standout on the British MX calendar.
